Design and develop solutions for assigned tasks or issues.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Improve the look and feel of interactive computers and product software.
Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers.
Independently design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts.
Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management.
Account for and track the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design.
Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use.
Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to Assess user experience.
Work with the product manager to analyze the interface, pictures and operations of the project, and put forward constructive suggestions to complete the design plan.
Output interface pictures that match the project, and note relevant instructions, and actively cooperate with front-end developers to fully and efficiently apply the design to actual projects.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design or related field.
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design.
Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, XD, Photoshop, etc.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.
Familiar with the design specifications of web, android, ios, and desktop programs.
Have a certain understanding of web front-end technology, especially css.
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
Professional written and interpersonal skills.
Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology.

Implement and maintain IT system & infrastructure including Networking, Operating System, Server and System Applications.
Managing and handling CCTV network cameras.
Provide best practice on IT guidelines including Policies and IT security.
Always up to date with latest security updates, patches such as anti-virus layering and hardening.
Manage and troubleshoot day to day issues with LAN, Servers, Firewall, etc.
Manage server infrastructure guidelines & requirements including back-up and remote access.
Liaise with external vendors related software, hardware, systems and solutions providers with the objective of obtaining the best solutions.

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support.
Experience with setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines, remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall.
Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
Motivated in problem solving.
Able to work as a team and independently.
Able to read & write in Chinese will be an advantage.
