Project Manager

Job Description
  • Lead and coordinate the entire project/product lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to develop project/product specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate project/product viability and potential obstacles.
  • Develop project/product schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Monitor and track project/product progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from established plans.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project/product status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving throughout the project/product lifecycle.
  • Manage and mitigate project/product risks, implementing contingency plans when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide technical support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, leveraging lessons learned and implementing process enhancements.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the industry relevant to the company’s field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Some travel may be required depending on project needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Project Coordinator

Job Description
  • Assists project team members on cross functional tasks such as purchasing, warehousing, deliveries.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to meet project’s schedule and tasks requirements.
  • Prepare project documentations, such as meeting minutes, user manual, gantt chart, BOM, etc.
  • Assists Project Manager in projects’ follow-ups/tasks with project team members.
  • Manage and maintain office stationeries and equipment. 

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, International Business/Engineering field.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Familiar with project development cycle.
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Junior Project Associate

Job Description
