Junior Project Associate Intern
Job Description
Assists project team members on cross functional tasks such as purchasing, warehousing, deliveries.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to meet project’s schedule and tasks requirements.
Prepare project documentations, such as meeting minutes, user manual, gantt chart, BOM, etc.
Assists Project Manager in projects’ follow-ups/tasks with project team members.
Manage and maintain office stationeries and equipment.
Perform any other ad-hoc assignments and other duties assigned by Project Manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, International Business/Engineering field.
Experienced in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Familiar with project development cycle.
Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
