QA Lead

Job Description
  • Assures correctness and completeness of quality management documents.
  • Experienced in ISO9001or related QMS system.

QA Engineer

Job Description
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures for factory automation systems, including hardware, software, and integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to understand system requirements and create test cases that ensure all functional and performance criteria are met.
  • Utilize industry-standard tools and technologies to automate repetitive testing tasks and ensure consistent test execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability, reliability, and quality considerations.
  • Perform IQC for parts/components/equipment.
  • Setup project’s Inspection Test Plans and Quality Control Plans.
  • Perform OQC for products delivery.
  • Contribute and support in project risk assessment and FMEA.

IQC

Job Description
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming mechanical, electrical, and electronic components using tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and vision systems. 
  • Verify compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13849, etc.). 
  • Review supplier certifications, test reports, and RoHS/REACH compliance documentation. 
  • Identify and document non-conformities. 
  • Segregate non-conforming materials and initiate corrective actions with suppliers. 
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, defects, and supplier performance. 
  • Work with procurement to resolve quality issues and improve supplier accountability. 
  • Support production teams by ensuring timely release of approved materials. 
  • Communicate defects to suppliers and track corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). 
  • Participate in audits, root cause analysis, and process optimization initiatives. 
  • Recommend improvements to inspection protocols and quality control processes. 
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records. 
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements during inspections.

Job Requirements

SQE

Job Description
  • Lead APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities, including FMEA, PPAP, FAI, and process validation for new suppliers or components. 
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering to define supplier technical requirements for robotics parts (e.g., actuators, sensors, controllers). 
  • Monitor supplier KPIs (defect rates, on-time delivery, corrective action response times) and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Analyze defect trends and work with suppliers on root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys). 
  • Implement Supplier Scorecards and report performance to senior management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve critical supplier-related quality issues impacting production or product reliability. 
  • Manage containment actions and ensure timely implementation of CAPA. 
  • Review and approve supplier-controlled documents.

QA

Job Description
  • Ensure all quality control processes are carried out according to company standards and industry regulations.
  • Perform inspections, checks, and audits at different stages of production and testing.
  • Verify that machines, equipment, and processes meet required capability standards.
  •  Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure machine capability is properly assessed and documented before production.
  • Maintain and update user manuals to align with current machine/process operations.
  • Ensure an accurate and up-to-date spare parts list is available for maintenance and replacement.
  • Document and verify results of FAT to ensure equipment meets design and quality requirements before shipment.
  • Document and confirm successful installation and performance of equipment at customer site.
  • Coordinate and document FAT & SAT activities with relevant teams.
  • Validate that equipment functions as intended under actual operating conditions.
  • Provide feedback based on QC findings to improve processes, documentation, and equipment performance.
  • Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare timely QC reports and escalate issues to management.
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams regarding documentation updates and quality requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate meeting minutes for weekly department/division meetings as and when required, ensuring timely distribution and proper record-keeping.
