Enhancing Project Performance: Project Process Review Workshop

We had successfully conducted the Project Process Review Workshop on 27th May 2024. The Project Process Review Workshop is designed to comprehensively evaluate all completed projects, providing a platform to discuss and analyze any issues encountered during different project phases. This workshop aims to identify key challenges faced during the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing stages of a project and fostering an open dialogues among the team members.  

By reviewing these projects, the workshop seeks to brainstorm effective solutions and develop actionable plans to enhance future project performance, ensuring continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.
